She would have rode faster without Greer, but it's still a great shot of a fast horse. The illusion of speed without "speed lines" is something I don't think I've seen before.

And let me emphasize how great the horse looks in panel 2. He is gorgeous, and obviously giving the run all he's got.

Lovely story telling device(off-scene narration), very well executed. Tense narration set to the beat of horse hooves; I'm hooked.

I really like the second panel. That horse looks as determined as Spector sounds! And the last panel really sets the time-is-running- out mood too.
