Ride, Jinx! Ride like the wind!

That's the end of this interlude. If you'd like to download a copy, the complete cbz is now available. Please feel free to share the file and help introduce others to CN:H. I don't have much funds for advertising, so telling others is a big help!

Issue 18 will begin Monday! See you then!

I agree when i saw this i thought "ride ride like the wind you have to save them if you can"
Sulnim
She would have rode faster without Greer, but it's still a great shot of a fast horse. The illusion of speed without "speed lines" is something I don't think I've seen before.

And let me emphasize how great the horse looks in panel 2. He is gorgeous, and obviously giving the run all he's got.

Thanks. Being able to spend my day drawing a horse made Thursday a whole lot better. :D
Darc
Only if she could get Greer off. "Greer, sweetie, you need to get down now." "But Greer nae want to." [holds on tighter] "...Why are you looking at me like that?" Oh yeah, I ship it.

Lovely story telling device(off-scene narration), very well executed. Tense narration set to the beat of horse hooves; I'm hooked.
Darc
Thank you. I wanted to give it a try and see if it would work out. :D

Run, Shadowfax, show us the meaning of haste!

(You too? Oh, good!) The Eagles are coming! The Eagles are coming!

I really like the second panel. That horse looks as determined as Spector sounds! And the last panel really sets the time-is-running- out mood too.
Darc
Thanks, Ed! :D
