Welcome back! It's time to kick off Issue 2: Fools!

Here's the synopsis for this issue...

Meanwhile, Roderick learns a bit about his role as Moraine's messenger within the Fey Realm, meets a new ally, and gains a special gift.

This issue is extra special because it's a Sponsored Issue!

That means I've been paid to draw this one! Which is awesome, by the way! The Sponsor wishes to remain anonymous, so I won't tell you who he is unless he says it's okay to do so. But, I wanted to say thank you!

If you'd like to help me keep CN:H / AYAD going, please stop by the Support Page to learn how.

Also, as promised, I have the collected cbz of Issue 1 available. If you'd like to download a copy, the complete cbz can be found here. Please feel free to share the file and help introduce others to CN:H and AYAD. I don't have much funds for advertising, so telling others is a big help!

Thanks guys!

Okay, so AYAD is going to spend time in both realms. Of course it is. Now the cover makes more sense (as well as looking fabulous, btw).

Some questions that need to be answered involve Roderick so it seemed like the right idea. :D Thank you!

Sweet cover folks.
Darc
Thanks! :D

Wow! Spectacular cover, and the lighting (from the ball as a source) is both inviting and dramatic. You can almost here Gillian saying, "Come in, Spooky. I have been waiting for you." Excellent work!
Darc
Thank you! That salt light Matt gave me was a great inspiration. :D
Siraj
oh wow... this is GORGEOUS!
Darc
Thank you! *blush*

I agree with Siraj, absolutely gorgeous, funny, what got my attention most is the beautiful curtain hanging over her, it's got such fine and lovely colors and simple detail. Looks so real you could touch it and feel it's softness.
Darc
Thanks! It was originally going to have tassels hanging down from it, but once I began coloring I thought they were too distracting. So I redrew the bottom of the curtain without them. Less fussy looking this way. :D

And another thing the shading is just so spectacular.
Darc
Thank you! :D
